MAXA Notifier for Skype is an add-on application for Skype. Using this program you can create notifications for your contacts. You can adjust the settings so that the application notifies you visually or audibly when a contact changes its status. So you can always know when someone is online, offline and so on.
MAXA Notifier is very easy to use. You just need to choose the contact you want to make the settings for and set up the occasion (online, offline, away, available, do not disturb and so on). Then you should define the way of the notification: the program can read a text or play a sound file as a notification. You can use the existing audio file or record your own one. If you want to create your own recordings, you can use the Text2Speech engine.
